Electrical air heaters range NV.e

GENERAL TECHNICAL DATA

The air heaters, range NV.e are manufactured from black steel sheets with powder coating (RAL 6019), provided for three-phase power and voltage 220 V.

The air heaters are available in three performances:

Units without automatic control and monitoring (NV.e/O);
Units with built-in synchronous switcher for control of room/zone temperature (NV.e/R);
Units with built-in synchronous switcher for control of room/zone temperature and the temperature of the delivered air (NV.e/R.T);

All electrical air-heaters, despite of their performance, are equipped with protection thermostat, protecting the unit of overheating.

The built-in heating coils, according to the type of control, are connected as follows:

All together in a common heating package- in the version of automatic control and monitoring (NV.e/R);
In-groups, which can be switched all together or separately, according to the needs of the moment - in the version of manual control and monitoring (NV.e/O).

The air heater should be installed in the duct system after the fan. Between the fan and the heater there must be a piece of duct with a lenght of 1 m. The heater do not operate below the indicated minimum air flow (V_min).

The air heaters may be with steel (NV.e) or with stainless steel tubes (NV.e i).

The air heaters, range NV.e/O are factory furnished with separated heating coils in-groups, equally divided in phases.

The air heaters, range NV.e/O connection to the power supply panel should be realized in a way excluding the switching influence of the separate groups upon the other consumers, such as radio and television sets in the close proximity.

The air heaters, range NV.e/R are factory delivered with such protection.

The built-in synchronous switcher in air heater's range NV.e/R. is a electronic type, and are the ability of proportionally regulating the power of the air heater, providing constant air temperature (±0,5^o C) in the operating premises. There is a pulsing electronic regulators which switch on /off the power of the air heater, providing proportional temperature control in the premises. The switching on/off of the power is performed by passing through the zero point of the sinusoidal curve of the current, excluding television and radio interference in this way.

All this commutations drop-off of the supply panel, at these options and they are changed by the built-in the regulator electronic elements.

The electrical air heater is conform to national safety requirements (written statement N^o 01.0104/03.048)
